White Chocolate, Macadamia Nut Cherry Bombs with Biscoff

I made some cookies for you! These cookies are the best cookies I've ever made, according to my family. Give them a try you wont regret it. Oh, and there’s Biscoff involved. Enjoy friends.

Yield: approx. 4 dozen cookies    Cook time: 10-12 minutes   Oven temp: 325 degrees F

ingredients:

2 cups all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 stick unsalted butter at room temperature
1 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
3 eggs
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup Biscoff spread
1 cup white chocolate chips
1 cup dried cherries chopped
1 cup roasted salted macadamia nuts chopped

Directions:

Preheat oven to 325 degrees F, and line a large baking sheet with a silpat liner or parchment paper.

In a small bowl whisk together the flour, baking soda and salt. Set aside.

Using a hand or stand mixer blend butter and granulated sugar until smooth and creamy. Add brown sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract, beat until combined, finally add 1/2 cup Biscoff spread. Gradually add flour mixture.

When combined, add white chocolate chips, dried cherries and macadamia nuts.

With a small cookie scoop or teaspoon, scoop dough onto prepared baking sheet 1 inch apart.

Bake at 325 degrees F. for 10 to 12 minutes. Let cookies cool for 5 minutes before moving to wire cooling rack to cool completely.

  1. Those look and sound yummy! Biscoff is something new to me. Can you find it in a traditional grocery store? What section?
